No, you can check out as a guest. If you do decide to create an account, you'll be able to save your details for quicker checkouts and track orders more easily.
All major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diner's Club, etc.) are accepted as well as WooPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
Payments are processed through Woo Payments. No credit card information is stored after your order has been processed.
For handmade items (art prints, greeting/note cards, bookmarks, rune cards), order processing times are between 1 to 3 business days (Monday-Friday). Most packages are shipped within 24 hours.
All other merchandise (apparel, gaiters, mouse pads, desk mats, casting cloths, stickers, wall flags) are shipped via third party with processing times between 7 to 14 business days (Monday-Friday).
If you haven't received an order confirmation email after 1 hour, please contact me to make sure your order went through.
Some items take longer to process and ship than others. For example, handmade items are shipped directly from Wayuką́. If you order a handmade item and a t-shirt, you'll receive the handmade item first, as the processing period is longer for t-shirts and apparel is made-to-order from a third party. This does not affect shipping costs.

Our apparel is unisex. Please consult the size chart included on the product's page to select the appropriate size based on your measurements.
All handmade items (art prints, bookmarks, greeting/note cards, rune cards) are shipped from Kentucky.
All other items (apparel, mouse pads, gaiters, tote bags, desk mats, hats) are dispatched from several locations within the United States, including North Carolina, Texas, and California.
Shipping costs depend on the item, quantity, weight, and shipping destination. When you go through the ordering process, you will be presented with shipping options and able to see your total order cost, including shipping, before checkout.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. If you have an account, you'll be able view the tracking details by logging in to your account.
Wayuką́ is not responsible for lost orders or stolen items. Please contact your local Post Office with your tracking number. You can also file a claim.
Wayuką́ will try to accommodate cancellation requests, however once an order for a handmade item is submitted, it immediately goes into processing. If you’d like to cancel or change your order, please do so within 4 hours of submitting your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet one of the following criteria:
- Wrong product sent
- Wrong color sent
- Damaged upon arrival
